What it is
An AI consulting and build practice. Engagements run from a readiness audit to an implementation sprint to an ongoing operations retainer — pairing strategy with the engineering to ship it, so the recommendation and the system come from the same hands.
How it's built
A small senior team working build-first on a modern Next.js and Supabase stack. Work moves through a Discover → Build → Ship loop: understand the operation, build the software fast, then make sure it actually gets adopted. The site and brand system are themselves a sample of the output.
